What we collect

The waitlist form collects three things: your full name, your email address, and the course or pathway you are interested in (CCP, CCA, the CCP and CCA bundle, team training, or not sure yet). If you email us directly, we also receive your email address and the contents of your message. That is all. The site has no accounts, no checkout, and no payment processing.

Why we collect it

We use waitlist details for one purpose: to send launch updates about CMMC Training Institute courses, including confirmed availability, format details, and enrollment timing when there is news to share. Your course interest helps us plan capacity and understand which pathways people want first. If you email us with a question, we use your address to reply.

How it is handled

Waitlist form submissions are processed by a third party form service and delivered to our email inbox. Our contact address, [email protected], is a forwarding address, so messages sent to it are forwarded to the institute inbox. This site is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy focused analytics service that measures visits in aggregate without advertising cookies and without tracking you across other websites.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or share the waitlist with other companies for their marketing. We do not send marketing email to anyone who has not joined the waitlist or written to us first.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until launch communications end or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. After that, waitlist details are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time, or ask what information we hold about you, by emailing [email protected]. Removal requests are honored promptly, and a removal ends all launch update emails to that address.
